Lou Mills, 81, of Houston, died Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Harbor Hospice House of Houston. She was born on December 4, 1940, to Mary Doan Vanover and Jack Vanover. Lou grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent most of her life in Texas raising her four children. She was a very strong willed and determined woman.
